Privacy Policy

Public Nature of Content Submitted to Sites

The nature of publishing content is to reach a public audience. Please be aware that any information that you submit to us whether through forms or email, including potentially personally identifiable information, may be publicly displayed on sites within the On Pit Row Network, Thunder Lounge Network, or on websites not within our control. If you don’t want others to see such information, don’t submit it. To ease your fears, any time you submit an email address within any form structure for which it is a required field (contact, comment submission, etc.) it will never be publicly made available and held within the strictest of confidence.

Forms and Content

To contact us, post a commment, or other services, you may be required to submit an email address and other personal information. We may publicly display the personal information, such as your username, but we absolutely will not display email addresses. Your email address may also be used to send you email bulletins from On Pit Row to which you subscribe, or to attribute comments or posts to you. If there are problems which require your attention, we may contact you via email as well.

If you contribute content, such as discussion comments, to any of our sites, your contribution may be publicly displayed including personally identifiable information (user name, avatar, etc., NOT email address). Display of visitor content is determined by the discretion of our editors.

IP Addresses and Referrers

We may publicly display the IP addresses of visitors and contributors, if deemed necessary in performing certain tasks within a site.

We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to tailor site content, and to format the site and software to your needs as a user, and to generate aggregate statistical reports. Available log records, and all data stored on our servers may be accessed by our system administrators. It is the policy of On Pit Row to fully cooperate with law enforcement officials in the detection, investigation, and prosecution of unlawful activity. If we receive a warrant or subpoena for user information, we may disclose requested records to law enforcement authorities or outside parties seeking information through the legal process, upon receipt of proper legal documentation requesting such information.

On Pit Row is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such web sites which a user links to, which is out of the control of On Pit Row. Posting links for spamming purposes, “signature” purposes, or purposes which are determined to not be in the best interest of On Pit Row may be subject to removal without notice. If you want to advertise here, please do so by approved means.

Children’s Privacy

On Pit Row is intended for adults and we will not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years old. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a child under age 13 who has become a member of this site or any site hosted by On Pit Row, please contact us to notify us of a suspected violation.
