Chasing the pole at Talladega Superspeedway

  1. Juan Pablo Montoya… Won the pole last year at Talladega.
  2. Sam Hornish, Jr…. Started fourth last year at Talladega— has started third and second for the last two races.
  3. Greg Biffle… Started second last year at Talladega— started third last week at Texas Motor Speedway.
